The covid-19 pandemic also presents an accelerator of innovation processes in organizations. At the Moinhos de Vento Hospital, the corporate education model comes in a process of continuous improvement with the inclusion of new projects, largely supported by the advent of new technologies and digital training platforms.
An important ally, in this sense, is the implementation of a learning management system, which starts from the availability of a series of resources, in person and online, that support the learning process, allowing its planning, implementation and evaluation as it its applied. In this context, more and more organizations provide virtual environments for this purpose, taking into account the practical and accessible management of different forms of development for managers and employees.
Based on gains such as mobility, mixed learning, diverse content formats, microlearning and gamification, real-time indicators, instant updating of content and interface with other systems, Hospital Moinhos de Vento launched the Moinhos Knowledge Portal, enabling the qualification of your employees through different tools, such as videos, podcasts, online forums, webinars, among others. At the same time, it optimizes the possibility of development for each individual, who can access training via mobile devices, such as tablets and cell phones.
According to the coordinator of Corporate Education, Aline Medeiros, the training is divided into trails with specific themes within the Portal, with the adaptation of classroom training for distance learning and the inclusion of new modalities based on important partnerships. “Initially, we focused on the Integration trails, Covid-19, Jornada do Conhecimento, in addition to a functional trail where mandatory training is included. In the sequence, we will define other trails that will have coverage in all areas of the Hospital ”, he projects.
For Márcio Gustavo Santana, a nurse at the Institutional Development Support Program of the Unified Health System (Proadi-SUS), the Knowledge Portal is an important professional update tool. "It is possible to know about the institution's protocols, in addition to providing support for what we already know and perform in our daily lives, our daily activities", he comments.
From its launch, on April 24, until now, the Moinhos Knowledge Portal has exceeded 150 learning actions. The Human Development manager, Katherine Seibel, points out that the platform has a partnership with institutions such as Decision / FGV, Sonata Leadership Academy, Jaqueline Mânica, UOL Edtech, Afferolab, ABTD (Brazilian Training and Development Association), New Me - Escola Development and Career Development, Mobilizes, offering the Institution's employees an important development opportunity.
Transformation of the Knowledge Journey program
In 2019, the Hospital Moinhos de Vento provided a systematic development cycle with a contemporary approach and with the objective of developing professional and personal skills in the institution's employees, called Jornada do Conhecimento. Learning pillars such as professional posture, effective communication, employee health, management and financial guidance were offered throughout the year, always with face-to-face meetings in lectures, training and workshops. In 2020, the development cycle was adapted for webinars. The themes of the webinars are defined according to the needs assessment together with the managers and their teams. The Hospital is going to its fourth edition, presenting the following themes: “Health of the Mind, Body and Spirit in the time of Covid-19: is it possible?”; “Digital Security: how can we protect ourselves from day-to-day threats?”; “Losses in Covid-19 times”; "Resilience in times of uncertainty and ambiguity". For development actions, the institution with the participation of internal talent and consultants recognized in the market.
