The initiative has open enrollment for professionals interested in working in one of the best hospitals in the country

Hospital Moinhos de Vento launched Talentos em Evolution, its first trainee program. The opportunity offers vacancies for the Human Development, Information Technology, Commercial, Financial, Strategic Management and Supply sectors. Lasting 18 months, the experience will allow professionals to gain and expand practical knowledge in their training areas.

According to the Human Development Manager at Hospital Moinhos de Vento, Katherine Saibel, the idea is to provide these talents with a journey of development, with countless opportunities, as they will experience the routine and challenges of a hospital organization. "At Moinhos, professionals will work in strategic sectors, interacting with different services, with qualified professionals and multidisciplinary teams. The objective of Talentos em Evolution is to attract, develop and retain outstanding professionals. They will have moments of exchange with the team from Moinhos and, with their skills, will be able to contribute with essential areas and with the institution's strategy”, he explains.

Katherine adds that trainees will have the opportunity to work in one of the best hospitals in the country. She reinforces that the health sector is one of the segments that has been changing and growing the most in recent years. “We want to look for professionals who believe that challenges are opportunities, who want to be protagonists, who have the capacity for critical analysis and transformation, who are proactive and have good interpersonal relationships”, he concludes.

To apply for a vacancy, you must be in the last year of graduation or have up to one year of training. For the IT area, it may be taking the last two years of graduation. Applications are due until October 22 on the institution's website.
