Hospital Moinhos de Vento promotes Atrion Meetings exclusively for employees

In its third edition, on the night of last Thursday, 27/10, the Atrion Meetings took place, with the presence of employees of Hospital Moinhos de Vento. The event was one of the initiatives of Atrion Inside, the front of action focused on the Institution's internal culture of innovation. With the theme “Innovation in focus”, the chat was conducted by the Innovation and Consulting Coordinator, Thomas Troian together with the Digital Health Supervisor, Maria Cristina Matte. The purpose of the agenda was to broaden the discussion on the actions led by Atrion, as well as the results of the last two years. The moment at Atrion included the sharing of experiences and presentation of the projects carried out by the teams during the year 2022. Part of the meeting was the interaction with the guests from an online question platform, which made it possible to share, in time real, from the responses of the participants. The tool enriched the debate and allowed the analysis of a series of different points of view generated by the group.

According to Atrion Innovation Specialist, Maria Clara Fossati, “the event was a success, as participants engaged from the moment of registration, which sold out within hours of the start of the promotion, to the sharing of ideas during the event itself. discussion". One of the participants, Marcelo Guaycurus, PROADI-SUS project leader, also shared his report: “The Atrion Meetings event was excellent for giving visibility to the center's scope of action to the Hospital's employees. Often, talking to colleagues, I see that the objective of Moinhos to invest in an Innovation Center is not very well understood. In addition to explaining, it also contributed to stimulating, observing and being open to opportunities to innovate, and how we can connect with Atrion to solve new challenges.”
